This is a beautifully and sensitively refurbished former school with four large bedrooms. In each bedroom, there are max. 4 beds, furniture, a private bathroom with a shower and a toilet, and a fully equipped kitchenette: dishes, an electric kettle, a coffee percolator and a refrigerator. Everything is spotlessly clean. In the cellar, you can find a wine cellar. Parking is provided in the garden. Outside, there is a fireplace, a grill, garden furniture. A TV set provided for each room.

Dining is the responsibility of the guest; we provide fully-equipped kitchenettes. In the town, there are seven restaurants with delicious cuisine. Within 100 m, there is an inn that provides delicious lunch specials for 69 Kč.

The school is situated among beautiful mountains and woods. Along the garden flows the clean Bílá Opava river. This former school is located in the middle of a town, from two sides surrounded by the river, mixed forests and flower meadows. There is a large garden available for our guests. Activities such as hiking, cycling (at some of the bike paths, it is rare to meet another soul), and winter snowtubing are available.

Across the road, there is a newly built multipurpose outdoor town recreational facility. Approximately 500 m from the hotel, there is a children playground. Tourist destinations that you can visit: the Karlova Studánka spa resort - 4 km from the property, the Praděd mountain, the Jeseník mountain, the Bruntál chateau, the Sovinec castle, the Rejvíz settlement, the Velké Losiny handmade paper mill, the forest glass production in Vrbno pod Pradědem, go-karts in Bruntál, and squash in Vrbno pod Pradědem. There is a new water park in Bruntál - 24 km from the property.
