V prvním patře budovy je taneční sál strip baru a sportovní bar s videoprojekcí, ve které návštěvníci mohou sledovat vysílání SKI TV a české programy. V baru je klimatizace. Ve druhém a třetím patře jsou ubytovácí pokoje s mini barem. Veškere pokoje jsou vybavené novým nábytkem IKEA a vanou, nebo sprchovým koutem. Ve třetím patře je kuchyn. Ve čtvrtém patře luxusní pokoje teprve po rekonstrukce. V budově je výtah.
